History and Timeline for Sixth Grade

Grade Six Timeline Project

Sixth grade students: You can contribute to this project by completing the following procedures:

Choose an event , person, invention, etc. from a timeline between the dates 476 AD and 1600.
Use two sources to find information about your chosen topic.
Summarize the information in your own words.
Cite two sources. For print, give the title and copyright. For electronic, give the URL and date accessed.
Type the information and source attribution to the satisfaction of your teacher. Save it to the Grade 6 Timeline Project Folder on the Academic Server.
Print out, cut out, and affix the text to a notecard, the color of which corresponds to the appropriate continent.
Draw a small sketch or illustration.
